Enchanted Devices Sheets It has taken me a bit of time to design all the elements I could think of from both the core rules and the Verditius Mystery Cult chapter of HOH:MC So these sheets might seem a bit busy at first glance. In order to help you get started using them, there are just a few tips I will pass along. 1. If you are using the sheets to simply record devices your magus has purchased or found then use whatever spaces you most need to keep track of the name (Appelation) of the device and its powers. 2. If your magus/maga has created or is in the process of creating a device in his/her lab then I believe I have included spaces for all necessary aspects in the process (from listing of material components by shape and relevant material bonuses to vis cost for opening and for enchanting, total level of invested effects (Talismans and Greater enchanted devices), and plenty of slots for detailing the effects invested in the item). 3. The 2 addendum sheets provide additional slots for those devices with more than 5 effects in them. They may be used interchangeably with the first page. If your device is either an Automaton or a cursed item then the first addendum sheet is probably the most useful. If not, you can just as easily use the second addendum sheet as your second page. Handy notations are also included at the bottom of the first page. Hope you find these pages useful! v1.2 After further juggling about I have managed to incorporate additional slots for both Verditius Elder Runes, and expanded spillover Shape & Material Bonuses cell (addendum 2) and a small, but hopefully sufficient, description space for at least the first curse in any cursed item owned or being crafted. Some things to note in the fillable electronic form version of these sheets: 1. The two spaces allocated for Elder Runes have been formatted to display the Futhark AOE font for better flavour and immediate association with the rune list found in the HoH:MC Verditius Chapter. The font is free, and can be downloaded from: http://www.dafont.com/search.php?psize=m&q=FutharkAOE To install on Windows, simply extract the TTF file to a handy folder, open the control panel, choose the fonts icon, click on the "file" menu option and select "install new font". You will get a pop up window that will ask you to select the font to be installed, navigate to the folder containing the Futhark AOE font you have extracted, click the TTF file, click ok and presto, it will install on your system. The font will also work on other systems, as it is a standard TrueType font. 2. The electronic forms should be fillable/printable using Adobe Reader 5.0 or later, but for better assurance, use Adobe Reader 7.0 (Do Note: Forms filled in Adobe Reader are printable but not saveable to the best of my knowledge. The Best advice is to install the full Adobe Acrobat Pro 7.0 which will allow you to save all completed sheets. 3. A handy "Tabula Rasa" button has been added to the bottom of each separate sheet in the event that you fail to keep an uncompleted copy of each. Just be sure that you save all completed device forms before clicking the Tabula Rasa button (and dont save the newly cleaned sheet in the same folder with your enchanted devices) or else you might accidentally lose your toy.
